The initial session is complimentary so we can discuss your goals, current nutrition and exercise regimes, and any health issues, concerns, or injuries you might have.
Single sessions -
When you want/need a more hands-on approach. The one-on-one sessions provide individualized attention
One trainer / One client - 60 minute session.
Partner Sessions -
One trainer / Two clients - 60 minute session.
Note: Clients should have comparable fitness level.
smart fit at the park with Nassick fitness -
Don't call it a boot camp! This is a high intensity results driven workout for people who like to Train Smart - Train Hard and do it outdoors. Think kettlebells, sandbag training, battle ropes, body weight exercise's, sand sac resistance trainer sprints and more! I am limiting this to 8 clients per session to keep it intimate, hands on and allows for more equipment used then in most outdoor training sessions. So if this sounds like your style of training and if you want results from your efforts, then join me!

Nutritional consulting
Food is nutrients and energy for the body and brain.
I believe in a paleo/ancestral nutritional template. However, we are all biochemically different and have different activity levels, genders, and genetics, so what works for one individual doesn't necessarily work for another. That is why I'll work with you as an individual to develop a nutritional plan that works with your specific needs and goals.
